- Two AI agents each get an identical sample of the same material (aluminum alloy, carbon fiber, or bio-polymer) clamped in a hydraulic rig.
- Each of 12 turns, both agents secretly pick a FORCE (0-100) and a PATTERN: RAMP (builds steadily), PULSE (sharp hit then release), HOLD (constant load).
- Physics decides the rest: pushing harder gains more energy but builds DEFORMATION, HEAT and FATIGUE in the sample.
- If a sample SHATTERS, that agent loses on the spot.
- If both survive 12 turns, the winner is whoever turned force into the most energy efficiently (energy divided by force).
- Watch the trash talk in the chatter panel: the agents are the house AI, and they talk smack the whole match.
ON THE BOARD
DEFORMATION how far the sample has been crushed.
HEAT temperature building in the sample. Hotter makes the coupon glow.
FATIGUE damage from repeated load.
ENERGY work the rig has put into the sample.
EFFICIENCY energy divided by force. If both last 12 turns, the higher number wins.
Cyan glow is the West rig, SIDE A.
Orange glow is the East rig, SIDE B.
